HOW IT WORKS ?

• Cashless is the only way to pay for your purchases at all the consumption points of the 83rd Federal Cycling Week in Loudéac (catering, refreshments, COSFIC 2022 stands)
• A wristband will be given to you upon your arrival: it will contain all the prepaid meals and your Cashless balance.
  You must present the ticket received by email to collect this bracelet.
• You can top up your account before or during the Federal Week of Loudéac on the website or at top-up banks
• The activation of your Cashless account is charged €1 (only during your first reload)
• You can get your remaining balance refunded after Federal Week after creating your Cashless account on the website

HOW DO I RECHARGE MY BRACELET?

• Before my arrival in Loudéac : I create my account on https://sf-loudeac.bzh/portemoine-electronique/ , I fill in my personal information (surname, first name, email), my ticket number received by e-mail and my bank details
• During the week in Loudéac : I can recharge online if I have created my account or go to the recharge points present in Loudéac
• I collect my bracelet as soon as I arrive in Loudéac by presenting my ticket received by email

HOW DO I CONSUME MY CASHLESS?

• I can pay at all consumption stands with my Cashless bracelet
• To pay for my drinks, I just have to present my bracelet to the seller who, by simply contacting his terminal, can make the payment.
• The seller will tell me the amount of the order to pay and then show me the remaining balance after the transaction.

HOW DO I GET REIMBURSED?

• I connect to my online account (or I create it if it is not done yet) on https://sf-loudeac.bzh/portemoine-electronique/
• I can get a refund from August 7 at 9 a.m. to August 31 at 11:59 p.m.
• The refund will be made within 7 working days at no additional cost.

WHY CREATE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?

• I can top up before my arrival, I get my wristband already credited and I save time by avoiding queues at top-up banks
• I can view my account balance, transaction history and can download receipts
• I can have my bracelet blocked and replaced in the event of loss or theft
• I can request a refund of the remaining balance at the end of the Federal Week of Loudéac

IMPORTANT: If I do not create a Cashless account, I will not be able to recover the remaining funds on my bracelet/card in the event of loss or theft.
